I pay a guy $100 to do my engine bay and interior/exterior detail once a year...

Seriously though - I have used Simple Green in the past, but I wasn't real happy with it - it's ok for lightly greased stuff but anything that requires real scrubbing it's not going to cut it.

Scrubbling Bubbles (for bathrooms) does pretty well actually, if you can get over the funky bleach smell.
