According to that diagram, looks like plugs into b2 on the right fender area. I'm guessing during the engine swap ( three years ago, trans swap now) that plug got moved. I'll keep digging in there looking, thanks for the diagram though, should be able to back track and find it.

I am still having no luck finding where this wire goes, I took a pic just in case it jogs someones memory. Also that b2 plug I believe is where one end of this jumper harness is, I am looking to see where the other end goes. Is it possible it goes into the firewall and pligs into something in there by the ecu? I have the fsm downloaded on my computer at work so I'll look that over tomorrow.
It's the white plug on the cardboard in the pic.

Ok I found I was was off a bit after pulling tape and wire loom away from these wires, not coming from the trans, just merged with the main harness close to the same spot. I renamed the thread accordingly and posted to nasioc http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/showthr ... ?t=2224756 (http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/showthread.php?t=2224756), as the pre '02 forums might get a quicker hit being I'm not sure if this is now jdm engine wiring or original to the car. Thanks to Chuck, that diagram did help me narrow down quite a bit and eliminate some possibilities but even after going over the diagrams today at work still nothing popping out. On the diagram I was able to account for all plugs coming off the bulk harness, plugs b17-b25. But still have these four wires coming out that I couldn't find on the fsm diagrams, and they show everything.
