I'm planing on tracking her and I want to go to synthetic in both what should I use? Also I'm going to do a tranny mount bushing, are there any other bushing I should do that are easy to get at while I'm down there?

Any full synth is fine, as long as it meets the factory API and grades.

And chuck I posted a thread about those same bushings (differentbrand but yeah)a while ago will they work on an 4eat? I guessing you should know I have an auto by not but they say 5mt on them.

Oh wait I just re-read your post and you plan on going to the track? In this instance I'd be more concerned about your coolant and oil than your trans. Usually on a track you're running at a fairly consistent 3-4-5 gears, not really launching through 1-2 (in your case you'll be in 3-4 more than 1-2 with a 4EAT).

You could put in some Lubegard ATF Protectant into the trans fluid - it's a friction modifier and actually lowers the internal temps - heat is the biggest killer of auto trans'.

Make sure your radiator has as many straight fins as possible.

And I use Amsoil but I'm thinking about going to mobile 1, every oil claims there the best its imposable to research.

Would opening up my hood scoop or a radiator shroud help? I just haven't been able to find a good metal BD one.

Stick with Amsoil. Mobil 1 has a tendency to get too thin.
You could take out your blockoff plate from the scoop. That will help with venting heat a little and you could shim the hinges so the back of the hood is raked up.

If you don't already have one, get an external transmission cooler. Just a small one will do, just make sure the tubing is the same diameter as the current trans cooler lines.

For synthetic fluid, Amsoil and Royal Purple are good. Mobil 1 actually isn't a very good synthetic anymore, not like they used to be.
