should it be painted black??? im thinking about painting the lower tan trim.....please lend me your thoughts :smt026

I personally think it would look weird. You would just have a strip of maroon in between you black lower half and your tinted windows...

Haha. Thanks for the responses......idk what i was thinking....after you guys pointed out some stuff, i was like " that would be nasty looking".......i guess i was desperate to do one more decent job to my car before school starts up again......for one last year!!!!!!

Head to a sign/decal cutter - ask them if they have any offcuts - grab anything long enough for both doors and trim it to fit.

If you want to do something really good to the car - claybar it and wax it. Get a real good seal on it before winter hits.

I would definitely say no to painting it black. However on my outback I've been wanting to color match the bottom (to maroon) and get rid of the two tone.

However, im be afraid that it wouldn't quite match up.
