Good afternoon, another UK member posting for the first time. I've been loitering for a while but after finally gaining some spare time - I figured i'd post up. I'm a member on UKLegacy.com here in England but i'm always looking for inspiration from elsewhere so this seems to be the perfect place.

Oh, and I presume that this is mandatory on here too!

Hi N3M3S1S - Thanks for the welcome. Edited a few bits after your reply.

It's a 5MT and I thought it better to start a proper thread here: http://www.sl-i.net/FORUM/posting.php?mode=edit&f=6&t=22494&p=260189

Well, dare I say it - thanks for the welcomes!

26 views and only 1 answer, and that was only to pick me up on something!

Great forum this - not like the wonderful atmosphere on UKL!

Cheers!

I sense some sarcasm? If that's the case, you'll be most welcome around here!

Most of us probably would have clicked right over to the Members Ride thread... ;)

Yea Huffer, I guess I was being sarcastic! I'd had a slow, boring day in the office and felt like being cheered up - was just a little shocked to see not one further reply!

I'm not normally that grumpy! lol

So tell us a bit more about this TCR business? Are you a sound engineer? We have a few musos and DJ's around here. I personally live mix a 10 piece band for church and a little bit of post production.

Cheers guys, thanks for the belated replies and it's much appreciated that you've stopped by to welcome me. Things seem to have a more relaxed way around here, my local Uk forum is a bit more fast paced

Anyhoo, @ Huffer, yea i do a bit of everything really when it comes to music. I have my own small indie (as in independant NOT Indie music) record label which was started about 8 years ago to cater for myself and a few others to release our music and as an agency for the artists/performers etc. It's gone a bit slow recently and i've not had a lot of spare time to keep it running since having a baby and returning to work full time to pay the bills. Apart form that, I run a weekly internet tv/radio show which delivers 2 hours of the hardest/darkest/nastiest full-on Drum & Bass you could imagine. I also studied for four years as a sound technician at Carlsboro and have fiddled with plenty of desks during my stint.
