According to the description:

Perfect for cars, vans, CUVs and small SUVs, the all-season P-5 is a smart blend of comfortable, quiet ride and long wear. Great traction on dry, wet or light snowy roads. A DTC/ATC exclusive.

It's an all season and will be OK in most conditions.

Personally if you're going to be heading into an area with more than an inch or two on the ground - use dedicated snow tires.
