'99 Limited

Hello all. Legacy4life encouraged me to join so I did. I have a '99 Legacy GT Limited 5 speed. My first was a '96 Legacy GT and my brother used to own an '01 Impreza RS. I have all whole new sound system, functioning hood scoop, and my current project is installing JDM foglights once they arrive. I hit some ice a few months ago and cracked my bumper and foglight so my plans to do some repainting (of damage not done by me) is on the back burner. In addition that Subaru cant seem to fix my speedometer and SOA is no help either.
