I thought I would share my excitement!
I just bought an STI front bumper which is already WRB for the ladies WRX wagon. Fenders and fender liners are easy to find so I am hoping to have the front widebody done by the end of the month.
I did have a question though:
The front track of the wagon is slightly narrower than the sedans. So when I put the wider fenders on the wagon... the front track will still be the same but the fenders will be much wider.
In order to solve this issue, I am pretty sure I would need the sedan lower control arms and the longer axles.
What needs to happen to the strut position if I go this route. If it stays the same... and I use the wider control arms and longer axles... I would think that this would put my negative camber WAAAYYYY out... to the point that camber bolts wouldnt be enough.
Do I need different tophats?
What are everyones thoughts?
Thanks!
