TY752VBCAA 4.44 GTB transmission swap into 98 GT (questions)

I'm currently running a 4.44 GTB transmission in my 2002 WRX. My mechanic swapped over the VSS, a matching rear differential, and used my WRX axles. Everything else bolted up fine.

I'd like to swap this set up into my 1998 Legacy GT wagon.

I know I would need to use my Legacy driveshaft due to the length.

I'm wondering if the clutch type is the same or will need to be converted? (push v. pull)

Will I be able to use my Legacy axles?

In theory, if the WRX transmission works in the Legacy GT, then this one should as well. Right?

it uses the other kind of clutch so you'd need 02-07 wrx clutch and flywheel and slave cylinder. Your axles should work and you might have to swap the reverse and neutral.

Mike, thanks for the information. I have a spare WRX for parts, so I'll have the complete set up from that car to use.
