So anyone know what all i would need to swap in order to put a 25D in my BE. I was also wondering what the compression ratio would be

compression ratio would be around 9.7 or 10 to 1, depending on if you used ej25d or ej251 head gaskets, respectively. That's pretty much it - they are a direct swap for your purposes.

EJ22T all the way. Closed deck block + non interference = major win.

how hard would it be to do EJ251 heads on EJ22T so i dont have to rewire the car?

you'll have to modify something to get your ecu to work with the boost. By simply slapping n/a heads on the 22t short block you'll only get a lower compression n/a motor. But anythings possible with wiring and primitive tuning (ie. Fprr which I know nothing about) or a $$$standalone
I assume if you're considering EJ22T then you're going forced induction? If you are already wired for the EJ251 heads a shortblock swap is easy, the only sensor on the shortblock is the crank sensor. Compression ratio of the EJ22T block would be much better suited for FI if you're going that route. EJ257 would also work well (that's what I'm running.)

i would love to strap a 257 block in , but i have a 22T short block already, and i have half price at a tuning shop. where would i have to tap the oil line in the heads to plumb to the turbo?
I get my oil from the top of the shortblock - another option may be to T in at the oil pressure sensor

Idk. Personally I wouldnt put 2.5 heads on a 22t without higher comp pistons. The combustion chamber is quite a bit bigger. Also tapping into the oil gally plugs on the block is harder than the oil gally plug that is on the back of the heads.

the more i look into this the worse it sounds
