I've try searching the whole section on this and couldn't find any answers. So might as well start the question. For the BD, when any door opens, there will be light. (Dashboard, Center light and door panel light). All of my door lights work except for the front passenger, none of the 3 lights light up when this door opens. So wondering what's the problem and if it's easy to fit on my own or not.

Simple enough and cheap at a junk yard.

Also- take the switch out and check the hole & screw to make sure they're electrically contacting properly. The screw for the switch is the ground for that switch, so it's necessary for it to work.

Thanks mark and chuck. I unscrewed the door bumper/switch out and found that there was a small crack. i tried putting them together and pressing the switch to see if the light works or not and still nothing happened. so i thought of replacing the switch. after i screwed the switch back in, the light came on. miracle. and now it's good as new.

You're welcome. I actually used a plastic screw for a while when I wanted to listen to the radio while working with the door open without hearing all that damn beeping :)
