Going to a U-Pull-It this Friday, need anything?

Hi All,

I hope to get to Gary's U-Pull-It in Colesville, NY, near Binghamton this Friday when I take a trip to my parents this weekend. The last time I was there they had a good selection of Subarus, huge lot covering an entire hillside, separated by domestic brands and a huge import section.

I am willing to pull easily shipped parts if anyone needs anything. PM me or leave requests in the thread. I should have forum access in the yard. I will say that the prices there are very reasonable, even for large body parts. last time I was there I got heated mirrors, leather door cards, upgraded speakers, some small bits, and a hood for about $100. The hood was $30!!

My dad needs a drivers side front window switch. I would think that any from a bd or bg would work.

Exterior or interior trim? Wings and scoops are larger, will pm with price before I head down to the cars.

Status Update: Got a late start yesterday and hit some come to a complete stop traffic construction so didn't get out to the yard until after 3. Left me a two hour window.

So far, I have disassembled a set of cloth seats for the heater elements and was working on the wiring. They have a bunch of BGs but I haven't seen too many newer.

Headed back out now.

Status Update: I'm guessing that the yard has a deal with the parts yard next door since there was only one gen 3 or newer in the import section. No WRX's, GT's and only a couple old Imprezzas to be found. What they had were a bunch of Outback wagons.

So I was able to get seat heaters and some wiring for myself. There was a 30th Ann edition Outback Limited that I got tweeters, covers and visors from, and a 95 L that I got a fairly decent looking grill (it looks better than mine!). Every car had the drivers door panel off and the window control was either gone or broken horribly except for the 98 with window cranks, which had nothing gone from the door.

So no caliper brackets, scoops, wings, spoilers, black interior pieces...

I will get some PMs out now.

I actually haven't seen a Tribeca at the yard yet... newest cars I have come across is a 2007 Forester and a 2006 Legacy Sedan.

2005 OB XT with motor just showed up at my local yard, frontal accident and airbags deployed, mileage unknown, no intrusion of the engine bay into the actual engine. I am SOO tempted to get the motor for my BH, but I had recently just done the HG and seems a bit of a waste.

There was also a 2006 2.5 GT at another yard that had been there since May, they finally pulled it off the roster, looks like someone snagged that engine though.
