BD vs BG/BK springs

This is a noob question, am I wrong that the BD and BG/BK rear springs are different? I thought it was just different spring rates. Does anyone have pics? And any wagon owners sitting on sedan oem or aftermarket springs?

I would think that a bg/bk rear springs would be stiffer due to the extra weight of a wagon. I have some wagon springs somewhere now i just have to find them.
