A hybrid hybrid intake???

i saw this setup on a fellow subie but didnt get to ask him any questions on it......what are your guys thoughts on it???

Interesting. It doesn't really deviate from the idea of a short ram, where the silencer is deleted, but it maintains the torque box.

Is that something wepon r makes? The filter head looks to be wepon r.

Where are all the vacuum lines?

This setup is on a late 90's impreza....idk if they might only have two vacuum lines???

vac lines will be under the tubing... it's a nice idea but you're still sucking in hot air from the engine bay. The small corrugated hose is a bad idea too, you're adding turbulence to the airflow.

plus it doesn't have the important part of of the hybrid intake, the snorkel...
