Should just twist lock and come right out.

I'll try but there's a screw that holds it.
Another question, is that the same bulb as the rear license plate one ?

If you're running 9003/H4 bulbs, after you unplug and remove the seal from the back of the light, there is a metal wire that holds the bulb in. On one side there is a screw. On the other is the latching system. Its a simple push the latch in and move the latching piece up (I think its up, could be push down). After that your bulb should be free.

I'm not talking about the main lamp.
I'm talking about the one that's located near it, I think it's called the Parking Light. Number 6 in the photo, and you were talking about number 4.

Try and take a pic. Its probably held in by a lock (like stated) that will unlatch and swing out of the way, or a twist lock thing that your turn and pop out.
Post a picture of what headlights you have. Are they USDM, or JDM, or something else? They should be easy to get out.
If you cant figure it out, maybe the FSM will help you. Check out my signature. Once you have the FSM navigate to the following section:

On the JDM headlights, it just twists out. It's quite stiff if it hasn't been done before. I'm guessing the screw isn't holding anything down, but without seeing it, I couldn't tell you for sure. A picture would definitely be helpful.
I'd recommend when you do get it out, replace it with an LED light so you don't have to deal with it again.

I managed to remove the bulb!! it's hard too see but right after the cord next to adjusting screw, it's twist and lock mechanism.
Now i only have to find some bulbs.
Tell me please are this bulbs the same as the license plate bulbs? They look pretty much the same.

On JDM lights, they're a 194 bulb.

On the bulb there should be a number printed on it. Use that number to look up your bulbs at the local part store.

I thought I was going crazy for a second until I saw that the OP is in Isreal... I was pretty sure that the 2 sets of USDM headlights that I have sitting around dont have that 194 bulb or even a place for it.

The lights he posted are AUDM, or JDM early versions - no projector. The light he is referring to is called the "city" light.

No, USDM ones don't, but if you look closely at the headlights, I think there's still a chamber inside the headlight where that would go on an EDM/JDM headlight.

^^ correctomundo. The back of the headlight even has the placement for the cutout, but SOA opted to cut corners there, removed that function from the electrical harness and save money on not including the bulb/connector.

Well, city lights aren't really "legal" per say, here in this country, so why include them?
(mine are still operational on my car, tehee)
