In your vote do you mean how much does the seller want for the car (I'm guessing $7000ish) or how much would I pay for the car (scrap price) cause those are two very different numbers lol

^ yep, thats a ridiculous price to ask. The owner, however misguided, has put some decent time and effort into this car. The bag suspension alone is probably a grand + install costs.

Don't be a jerk - call him back and tell him you're not interested anymore.
