Bought a new cat back. QQ

I just bought a new aftermarket cat back. It came in three cut pieces to save on shipping. I have found a welder to put the pieces back together for me, but here is my question..

Would i be able to hang the new exhaust up as one whole piece? and by myself? It looks like there is nothing in the way, but mayb a little of your expierance could help me out.

Im also worried about the line up of the hangers since the new welds will undoubtably change the length of the pipe a little

Hey man, glad to hear it arrived.

If you're worried about the welds increasing length, don't be. The difference will be ~ 1" and the exhaust hangers are super squishy and flexible. They will move around and accommodate the increased length.
If you have a lift, you'll definitely be able to hang in it one piece (though I'd recommend having a friend help hold it up for you). Go in order, and hang each hanger, and then bolt it up to the cat at the end.

Yep definatly got it. Thanks again!!!!!!!! I hit a small speed bump when i found out that muffler places wont delete a cat for u... (NYS thing i think) but i should have it on by tomorrow :)

no shop will delete a cat in all 50 states. They will if you show up without one, but they can get a big fine if they remove a cat and dont replace it. Federal Law...

Yep, it's an EPA law. Professional shops will not even fit a cat deleted exhaust. Mom n Pop ones will if you pay in cash (no trail, no receipt).

If you can show that the car is track or show only, then a shop will fit it.
