Slick legacy, How much work was that Turbo conversion? ;) Someday i dream!

I had an engine builder do the swap but I've basically had the whole thing apart myself before (redid the heads) and it's really not that much more complex than an NA EJ.

Wait a second, how are you running the 99 manifold with the IACV on the thottle body? I didn't think an of the older ECU's could run that type of IACV or the injectors?

The IACV is on the throttle body and not plugged in :D Idle control is somewhat optional apparently. Injectors can be run with a little wire splicing.

Wastegate pressure - 6 psi.

:smt017 really? damn them i must change the tune on my cars right away.

just because your car come with lets say 370cc injec, doesnt mean your useing 370cc. there is a duty cycle to them. the more boost you run the more duty cycle you run. i.e. i have stock 370cc injec on my nissan that is running 1.1bar. .5 bar is factory. the duty cycle of my injec was changed when tuned. yes i am limited to the power i produce by the cc of my injec, but its not about haveing 550's or 660's. its about the power you want and the way it feels when you tune it. saftey tune, because unless you make more than 150k a year you cant afford to brake it.

Starts and runs every time, like it was meant to be that way from the factory. No lag at all, the extra power and sounds it makes are tons of fun.

A good build is all in the tune as you already know, talk to LordFlashheart, Garrison or Anothernord they know what they're doing. I'm assuming the injectors on jey's car are from an n/a forester, just from what I've heard from other members on the site that stock n/a injectors can only handle about 7lbs and after that you're at a risk of detonation.
