Hey guys
I have the following lights:

As you can see they are two parts, main light and turn signal.
I've seen some more types of BD lights as following:

Can someone please explain me the use of each light e.i. jdm, usdm, eudm, whatever... :?: :?: :-?

The USDM LGT lights are reflector type and out put sucks on them. The JDM projectors are imported lights that use a single projector to put out a single beam of bright high definition light. Connectors will have to spliced. The last pic looks to be a halo (angel eye) ring fitted into a JDM projector. I believe those are also retrofitted projectors.

Yours are two piece USDM LGT lights. The next ones look to be one piece USDM lights (turn signal attached), the third one is a JDM non projector light, and the last is a JDM projector. But keep in mind that one has the halo fitted into it. Here is a pic of a normal JDM projector on my car. Turn signal is cleared.

^^ Yes. But the bulbs are different.

The 1 piece USDM lights suck. You really want to use JDM projectors or retrofit projectors into your stock headlights for better light.

The only problem with JDM lights is the beam paturn... USDM is set up for driving on the right side of the road... JDM is setup for driving on the left... You DO lose a little bit of lighting...

As for will one light fit with another... Look in this link for interchanges....

I think what he means to say is that you lose some lighting distance because you need to aim the projectors a little lower so you aren't blinding people. It's not a horrendous difference and the light output is worlds better than the reflector type headlights anyways. Plus you can put 100watt high beam bulbs in the highs and make them instantly better too! That's the setup I have on my car.

first of all thank you all guys for the thorough explanation.
I sure would like to have the projector JDM.
However every part i need needs to be ordered from abroad, so it makes it pretty expensive and out of reach.

I wish I had a broad to give me parts...

Seriously,

Trust me, It's no walk in the park for us either. Dedication, some $$$, plenty of online homework and sacrifices have to be made. And Why can't you get them from UAE or Europe? Do they have to come from the states/abroad?
