03 Subaru Legacy Fender.

The other day I was driving and I herd something rubbing against the tires, so when I got home I went and checked it out and discovered that the inner fender had come undone and was hanging loose. So I jerry-rigged it up with some zip-ties. A couple days later I herd the same thing, and turns out I might have had the radio up too loud because the thing was chewed up. Anyone got any idea how hard it is to replace it? I found the parts online and I figured it couldn't be that hard. Any help will be appreciated.

Not hard at all. Just loosen the wheel, jack up the car, place a stand underneath and remove the wheel. Remove what's left of the old 1 and line up the new 1 in place. Make sure you put all clips and push trees back into place. Try not to leave any of them holes empty.

I'm guessing those could be found easily at like an auto zone or something right?

When you take your old fender out, you can see which clips/screws you'll need.

If you want you can download the FSM (factory service manual) from my signature, then go to :

Body Section > Body and Exterior > MSA5TCD99L375.pdf .. that is the PDF with instructions on removing a front fender on a subaru BD (95-99). Yours should be similar. You may even be able to find the factory manual for your year car on here as well.
