Stock Alignment Specs

Does anyone know what the stock alignment specs should be? I did my tie rods and then got an alignment and now the car pulls slightly to the right. It did not pull before the tie rod replacement or after my friend got it "close enough" to drive home. Here is the print out:

Factory alignment specs are very broad. The alignment is designed to allow the car to drift to the right so in the event of the driver dozing off the car so that it doesn't hit oncoming traffic. Also, most roads will camber to the passenger side of the road to allow for water run off.

I am talking about the factory service manual that the dealer would use. its located in my signature...
