Does anybody know what that plastic peice near the bottom of the backseats in a wagon is for? I just got this car and I'm not sure if there's supposed to be a part there.

I think I know what you mean. Its a 'hide-away' for the seat belt buckles.

For those neat-n-tidy folks out there who don't want them flailing around when you take that corner at 90mph!

It almost looks likes an armrest or something should be connected there, but I guess it could be that.......
