- JDM Projectors
- Custom Grill / JDM Grill (lots to choose from)
- GT hood w/ scoop
- twin hella horns
- h.i.d's
- 02+ wrx rear strut bar
- Legacy Outback 18mm rear sway bar or sti 20+mm rear bar (bang out the hump from your spare tire well)
- GT bumper w/ JDM fogs (bumper modified to fit the fogs)
- WRX or STi steering wheel (requires some modification to keep cruise control)
- Short shifter if its manual.
- Duty C solenoid (auto 50/50 split power mod)
and the list continues.. possibilities are almost endless.. how much $$$ you got :-D

for that you can find a set of WRX / 04 STi strust + springs and still have money to buy a rear sway bar and bushings :-D
You should browse Members Rides' I category. so many many members have bad ass / unique mods/items.
There is also a members ride directory that lists every SLi member.. I am pretty sure its up-to-date.
Cheers

Hood scoop, suspension from a WRX would be easily aquired on NASIOC. If you want to see pics of a WRX scoop on your hood. Check out my members ride (it's the subie mutt link in my signature, sorry for not posting it directly. I'm on an iPad and not my laptop).
A cheap way to do an exhaust is to find an old WRX exhaust with low-ish miles. I have an 05 WRX exhaust on mine with only 40k. It'll need to be lengthened and a flange rotated but it works. Pair that with an unequal length header and you have the Subaru rumble.

Find a set of OEM wheels... I just sold 2 sets of wheels this last month. Some Impreza and Legacy 16's. I just got a set of 17" GT wheels for my 98...
Also Chuck is right, looks in the Rides threads. Everyone does something just a little different. A few of use are a little hard core. I spent a butt load on my bumper and a few other parts, but you can do a lot to these cars...
Here is a link to the JDM thread...

Here's what I would do to that car, in this order:
-Tribeca FSB
-22mm RSB from a WRX or whatever
-JDM Taillights
-JDM headlights
-JDM L7 grill
Then I'd be out of money, but would save for some 6 spoke RS rims.

look at my unequal length header Diy, and I just recently put a 2009 Wrx muffler on my wagon...it depends on how loud you're looking to go...I put a spoiler on mine like a month after I got it haha, the wheels on my car are from a VW jetta, black on the outside Monster green on the inside. I painted them and they haven't chipped yet

Sweet car, I'd agree JDM tails, Honda pilot Wiper ARM, JDM Projectors, Scooped Hood GT/97-99 Outback or a Stock one with a WRX scoop would be sick aswell. Sounds like you got Hella Horns, And a Spoiler, and a grill all of should fresh it up, I'd Next get some JDM sidemarkers There about 30bucks on eBay and look awesome and you'll have JDM safety features win-win! haha. Some Rally Armor Mud flap would be awesome too, rally Sport has a " basic Set " for under 20buck i think, Well your there you may as-well get some stickers.
Edit: PS Thanks chuck for the links.

cosmetic enhancements are boring :-? . do you want to make your car "look" nicer or do you want to make your CAR nicer? :smt023 .
