High Mileage Legacy GT

Ive been looking for a 2nd gen legacy GT wagon for a couple months now, and have finally come across one closeby that is manual, which is really hard to find.

I was wondering what those of you who have experience with this car what you think of buying one with 204,000 miles. It has a decent price a little under book.

Don't worry about miles to much; the worst thing that you have to worry about is head gaskets. my best suggestion is to go buy a combustion gas tester from NAPA and test it before you buy the car. Also you can sometimes see visually buy looking under the car where the heads meet the block and look for a black oily substance around the mating area. The external leaks really only happen on the phase II motors so you don't have to worry to much about that one...
