LED Brake Lights

There's a lot of discussion about this video on a 5th Gen Legacy's LED brake lights. Most people would like to get their hands on some type of system like this, or if someone could write a DIY to wire this together and make it work. Anyone good with wiring? lol

Do they come with all LED stock?
If so you just have to rewire/solder the outer to parkinglights and inner to brakes. I guess the low ones are foglights.
