Bumper alignment ??

my front bumper is off just half inch, pushed out past the headlight only passenger side and down half inch. tried push up and back. even using jack. no go. should bumper come off or is there some way to get to the bent bracket. have photo, file too big will try to upload soon.

Ive been dealing with a bit of the same issue and wondering if its because the bumper HOUSING itself (where the bumper beam goes into) can be bent or something. Not sure if they are replaceable or not, or if that's even the cause of the issue.

I know my front beam is a bit bent, but i did try and form it back to shape.. however mine has about a 1" gap under the headlight.

You can pull the beam out by undoing the 4 massive bolts in the engine bay, as well as by un-screwing the corners of the bumpers from the fenders. Then it should pull right out.
