RE: ABS sensor/bolt stuck to knuckle

if I cut the wire between the sensor on knuckle and the connector, can I reconnect it or how should I go about separation. knuckle is free awaiting new hub/bearing. needs to go in the mornin' thanks.

I really soaked mine in pb blaster the day before. I then used a deep socket from the other side and tapped it out.

i'm pretty sure it's shielded wire so you don't want to have to splice it. Should be cheap enough from a junkyard if it doesn't come off intact.
