Ok so let me ask this. I have this Kit. http://www.ebay.com/itm/H4-9003-H13-900 ... 3a6f99ae1c (http://www.ebay.com/itm/H4-9003-H13-9004-9007-H-L-6000K-White-35W-Bi-xenon-High-Low-HID-Conversion-Kit-/250980445724?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&vxp=mtr&hash=item3a6f99ae1c)
Now i installed it and it kept blowing my fuses plus no Fog lights. So i unpluged everything and pluged halogen back in and still blowing fuses. I dont know what i did wrong.

Well a new thread should be started for this question but assuming this HID kit was installed WITH the relay that came in that box you need to try these things first. These harnesses are crap and are notorious for drawing more amperage than necessary to fire the ballasts. Try this:

1. Install only the passenger or drivers side headlight bulb. Turn it on low beam. If low beam works, switch to high beam. If high beam works then repeat for other side. Same test. If it blows on either the low beam or the high beam then you have a short in the headlight circuit. If it blows on ONLY the low beam or ONLY the high beam then you have eliminated one cause.

2. Try swapping the headlight relay for that of another one of the same type. If the bulbs still blow then you know the short is before the relay in the circuit. If it does not blow then you need to replace that relay.

Those are the two most basic things to check first because they are easy. The next step is to break out the multi-meter and dive into the electrical schematics and meter out all the connections before and after to find out where the short is. It's a time consuming process if you don't know what you're doing and if that's the case then you're best to take it to a shop that is good with electrical. Beware that finding these errors can take upwards of 4-5 hours sometimes so be prepared to pay $$$.

See how that goes and report back.

Cheers.

Done!

It is worth noting that our headlights use a switched ground system. There are 3 wire leads, one is hot, the other two are ground for the high & low beams.

Does this help?
