So the tire on my front driver wheel popped the bead again. Some of you may remember this happened last winter which caused me to go 70 mph in reverse down the interstate

I always seem to have an issue with the front driver tire going flat, it has happened to my impreza twice ( with 2 different set of wheels and different tires) and happened to my gt as well

Sounds like an issue with the air pressure or the way the wheel is sealed against the rim when it's mounted?

Are you using the same shop? You should see if you can use nitrogen to inflate your tires instead of air. Nitrogen maintains its pressure better against temperature changes.

That's the thing though, different shops, different wheels, different tires, and its always the front drivers side

Dude, that just odd. I have never heard of that happening before. It could be a bad alignment like Okin said. Maybe a bit of positive camber?

my car was aligned about a month prior to the last incident and since the tire has been remounted the alignment is still fine. And I know the shop didn't realign my car cause I only brought in the wheel and left the car in the parking lot

I honestly don't even know. I'm still confused how its always the same location that gives me an issue.

I have his old set of rims and they are just fine.

Try having your alignment done.
