BE5 Stock boost level

On a BE5 is the stock boost supposed to be .5 bar or .9 bar. When i bought the car it was running at a consistent .5 until 5 months later i noticed my BOV was sounding extremely loud when i looked at my boost it would run .5 until the second turbo kicked on and ran a consistent .9 at full throttle with no variences, so it doesnt seem like over boost if its not supposed to run at .9

IIRC primary turbo should reach 0.5 BAR (7.2 PSI) and once the secondary turbo comes on it should reach 0.8 BAR (11.6 PSI) with a max boost of 0.9 BAR (13 PSI)

I appreciate the reply so i assume i should start looking for a boost leak then?

Start with the vacuum lines that come from each internal wastegate, bov & any T-connectors used.
