GT vs L Springs

Ok, so I am probably going to be replacing my struts soon since they have 146k on them. Is there a difference in the ride height and/or spring rate between the GT and L wagon springs? Would GT springs work with my perches and top hats? I figure if the GT springs ride a tad lower and are stiff I might try to find a set. Thanks.

No difference in ride height, but GT springs are supposed to be 15% stiffer.
They are a direct fit for your L springs.
