1 piece Headlight wire question

So I am having a problem with my JDM projectors. Seems like a bad ground somewhere.

I have a random wire on each side. It's red with a grey stripe. They are not plugged into anything. What do they go to?

Can you please post a pic of your harness + wire colors.. Its hard to visualize what the issue is..

Have you connected your city lights.?

if you look at the headlight you will see

[turn signal] [city light] [highbeam] [projector low beam]

Remember that Subaru headlight wiring systems use a common hot & switched ground. I don't remember the headlight colors exactly, but that red w/ grey stripe is important.
