Wondering how many of yous have named your subies and what you named them. I had a name for both my Legacies but nothing for my RS.

My cars name is GuntaBaby! ( GT-B) Pronounced gootna baby. What are the names of your Legacy's?

my gt was akiyoshi and my wagon was naomi (names by my gf at the time)...basically I had problems with cars I named, I didn't name my RS anything yet and there have been no problems...its superstition.

Naming cars was never my thing. I do refer to (her) as a 'she' though.

Mine's Mr. Coffee because the EJ22 that was in it when I bought the car ticked like crazy and my mom said it sounded like a percolator. Now I just set off car alarms and spit flames.

1st LGT (flat black) = Rubaru!
2nd OB = The Mule
3rd LGT (track) = Legasti. Pronounced "Lega-stee"

I have been trying to think of one but nothing has really popped to me as a name for my car. maybe as I work on it more and do more things with it a name will become clear...

I usually just call mine "leggy", the wrx is "rainbow dash", the Jeep is "super jeep" and the silverado is usually just "heavy chevy"

my RX7 is "the princess" because she's got the temperment of one but i ride her like most would like to ride kate midleton. (sp?)

I had a '75 Laguna back in the day that had the dual nickname of "baby"/"bitch"... Most temperamental car I've owned. Still, I miss her...
My Honda Pilot was named "Ted" since that was part of the licence plate number.
My ST, I call "My trusty STeed".
So far the Outback is unnamed... Maybe a name will arise after I've driven it a bit more...

1999 Legacy was originally Harry Maneuvers but now that it is a little beat up I am thinking it shall be named Joe Dirt.
2004 WRB WRX Wagon is the Braggin' Wagon
2006 Champange Forester XT is the soon to be wifes so it is named Mrs. Fancy. Not sure why, it just seemed to fit.

1991 ls wagon- the fleabag-po's had dogs (lots of them)
1995 legacy sedan- the dirty dirty- whole thing was covered in oil pre-purchase
1991 ford ranger- stranger-only planned to have it to flip for cash for the dirty dirty
1991 prelude- sonny- wrapped it around a tree
1993 honda civic-cher- had a complete facelift to outside and the motor

My wife's '97 Legacy Outback is named the Kaput Car because there's always something that doesn't work quite right. She's convinced the car hates her :evil: and loves me :smt007. Whenever I drive it, smooth sailing. Whenever she drives it, there are strange noises, strange behavior :smt022.

The Legacy is named Squbster, Squbie, or any variance of. It's my Sexy Silver Subaru, so "S" to third power, S³.
My Honda's was named Hodgepodge. She's a compilation of parts that make her the beast she is, Prelude motor in a Accord with Acura CL spindles. And the intake line is made from a Acura Legend intake. Plus the motor is basically a H23 head on a F22 block.

Around my house we refer to my BL as a "she" and occatinally referring I her as Pheonix. However, at the shop they have taken to calling her "Steve" because as they say "We can rebuild him. We have the technology. We can make him better than he was. Better...stronger...faster." LOL

She is! She's my first love and what really enthralled me in to the tuner/ performance world. She's a sleeper pure and simple.
I'll list everything in the MR2 so as not to clutter up this thread to much.

I honestly didn't think yall would care too much about my Honda. Lol. Guess I stand corrected. I'll make a MR2 either today or tomorrow.
