please help me problem w/ running lights

my running lights still stay on my legacy after i turn off the car okay these are the number possibilities but please i beg you please help me its a pain in the neck w/ this crap....i have no stereo in the car i have to play w/ the wire for the interior lights......my solenoid on my starter is kinda screwy so it clicks a few times til it starts.......or i had put in these cool blue headlights on the car which couldve messed w/ it but i dont know i really need someones help man i cant afford it at all to fix it right now please help me as soon as possible pleaseeeeeeee.......................

I'd guess an ignition switch problem. Does anything else stay on?

Theres a little switch on top of the steering column. flip that and see if they go off.

oh! yeah, that must be it. I thought he meant DRLs...
