I'm planning on getting the Michelin Pilot Super Sports in a 215/45/17, smallest size they make lol. According to ever professional review they seem to have more grip in dry and wet plus better steering response than any other tire and a crazy 30,000 mile tread wear warranty, but I recently read some customer reviews and read that they were soft compared to Dunlop Z1's and Bridgestone Potenza RE050A and 1 or 2 reviews said they preferred there PS2's, where the professional reviews all said the Super Sports out did the best parts of the PS 1, 2 and 3's all together.
Just wondering if anybody has recently got these and had any impressions.

I think he's referring to Michelin tires, the other names are Michelin ones. But yes, it's kind of a generic question.
FWIW, any high performance tire is going to grip really well. The treadwear (to me) is the next biggest concern, I'm sure you'd like them.

They have a 30,000 mile tread wear warranty most summer tires don't have any wear warranty, maybe 20k on some.
