Hello, names John.
I'm from Rhode Island and this is my new/first car. I wanted a VW, and for the most part lurked in the vwvortex.com forums. But I got this beauty instead. It's an 02 automatic with 77k miles, and it was serviced before I bought it for 3200.

I have been hanging around this forum for a couple of days now to get a feel for it. I noticed not many people use pictures, I guess the dub guys cherish their cameras as much as their rides.

Well anyway here's my car, she needs a thorough washing. Should i remove the ugly hubcaps?

Welcome John! RI/CT/MA is a popular area for Subarus, and a lot of members are condensed there. For the rest of winter I would keep the stock wheels on, but in the spring/summer look for OEM GT wheels, or branch out with aftermarket wheels. Keep your stock steelies for winter though!
