Hello, i just recently puled my bumper off due to some scratches i wanted to repair also while installing the ballasts to my bumper beams. Any who, i was wondering if anyone would agree this may be a good idea by relocating my front license plate to my front bumper (most likely the drivers side directly on the bumper) or if anyone had any pics of this already done?

Put it right back where it goes if you have to have a front plate. Off to the side is a ricer thing. Right now I have mine stuck in my window, but thats also because I'm lazy and havent built a bracket to fit my USDM plate on my JDM bumper...

unless you have a legitimate reason to offset it (FMIC is about all i can think of) then I'd leave it centered. I was just considering putting mine off to the side cause the new GT doesn't have a front on it and I have to put one on. I decided the offset plate would just add to the attention the car might get and take away from the BDs sleeper-ness

I prefer offset plates in general, but it really depends on the bumper and how it can be mounted, i say do whatever you want

Don't do it. If anything run without a front plate. It's nicer.

USDM GT bumpers actually have a plate mount under the top edge on the bumper. You just need the bracket. I have one if you need it, not gonna use it since I have the JDM bumper now. Mounts into place with 2 clips/bolts.

I know that, I have an outback bumper, and it's been cut/modified for a FMIC that's no longer there.

I run with my front plate laying on the floor board of the back seat. I got the car that way. Not mounted, no visible holes anywhere. Not even on the bottom of the bumper. I checked a bunch of times. I passed Texas inspection twice without it, the first time the guy just said "I guess your car doesn't have a place for a plate."

I don't know. I see cops all day, they leave me alone. I figure if they pull me over I can say something retarded like "I have the plate right here, sorry!"

I really don't want to put it up on in the windshield, get in a wreck and have that thing flying around the cabin.

And that will get you a ticket just as fast as not having one at all. 5 years ago I was stopped for it and it was $100. Probably gone up since then too.
