Ok I got a great idea.

My next upgrade is going to be of epic proportion.

There is a train yard in Northern New Hampshire that I visited the other weak and found many junked trains. My plan is to take one of their horns and hook it up to an air compressor which I will mount in my trunk. As a result, I will have a fully functional train engine horn in my car.

I can think of nothing more pleasing then unleasing a 152 decible horn on an asshole that cut me off

I believe thats the site. They charge $350 or more for their setups, I don't know what it'll cost you to make yours. I'd keep your stock horn hooked up as well, so you can give a quick toot to someone who isn't leaving the traffic light. There are times when you want just a small one. I think it'd be funnier at a tire shop/mechanic's garage. They usually honk to let others know they are leaving.

Good point. I think it would be cheaper just to buy the kit rather then trying to install a tank + plumb it all myself

Why not just go the supertone route? 118 db is pretty wicked.

Because judging the sound clip I heard, they sound like shit?

Cadillac horns FTW. I need to change the wiring up though. Not enough amperes to each unit, so not as loud as I want them.

I have two sets of dual-tone 135db air horns. I haven't rigged them up yet, but I plan too set them up real soon.

I don't know how well mine will work

I got them from Harbor Freight for like 12 bucks a set. I just wanted to try them.

If I have to, I'll go caddy horn. I just didn't want to mount a compressor in the back of the Forester.
