I'm having NO luck finding anything but H&R springs for my 98 LGT and, I really don't want to go with coilovers...
Are there any other options?

There's a possibility of Whiteline springs, which are imported (Australia)
King Springs are also an imported item (NZ or Australia)
You could try a used Jap spec set (ebay)
I don't know if iON performance in Canada is still operating, but they imported a bunch of King Springs back in 05.

Thanks! Now to find some reviews...

Are you trying to go higher or lower?
Lower:
-Find some used Eibachs (good luck, nearly impossible).. these are probably the best lowering springs.
-H&R
Also, primitive racing http://www.get-primitive.com has King springs. They make stock / 1.5" higher, and also lowering springs.

If I can swap with GD imprezas... Doesn't that mean I should be able to purchase the KYB GR-2's for them AND one of the MANY sets of lowering springs available for them?
Thoughts?

Your thought is right on the money its all about what kind of comfort and performance you want out of the car in terms of purchasing a spring. I just got a set of WRX struts unbeatable deal.

WRX struts / springs may be a bit underrated for the weight of a LGT however right? So may lower a bit more..

From the Nasioc official curbweight thread (http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/showthread.php?t=915025&highlight=curb+weight)
03 WRX sdn M 3075
98 GT sdn M 3090
Not much difference. Probably not much of a weight distribution difference either.
