Door Trim

I was thinking about painting the door trim on my BE black but I know if the trim is on with adhesive or pins and if it is adhesive how should i put them back on.

I believe they attach to the body via plastic clips...

They have clips and 3M trim tape. I havent done it on a 3rd gen, but I will say my BD was a PITA! Replaced my driver side pieces and took most of a day to do it the right way...

Just wondering, why do you want to paint it black? Thats what the base model cars came with...

Not mine I got the odd ball unfortunately and its a good contrast.

Only 00-02 Base models (L) had black trim...

This is true and ill be the one with an 03 with black trim!
