Strut Assembling Question.

I am getting ready to assemble my wrx suspension in the next week or so but I do not have the rubber front spring seat. Part 11- http://opposedforces.com/parts/impreza/us_g11/type_20/suspension_and_axle/front_shock_absorber/. Should I order some from the stealership or would I be able to get away with out them? Is anyone running without these? Thanks for the help guys!

You need it!

It will squeak / clunk without them.

What about putting a piece of thinner rubber between the spring and spring perch?

My friend and I are planning on assembling them one day then installing later. He is still body working his 944 after getting hit. I guess I will swing by the dealership on the way home.

I have another question. Will I need saggy but spacers with the wrx suspension?

You don't need them but they will help the overall look front front/rear.
