Just installed 06 wrx struts with eibacj pro-kit springs in my 98 legacy gt. Now im looking into camber kits to adjust the rear a little but not sure of which to use or even which will fit. Or, should I just notch the rear struts and adjust camber that way?

whatever you do, don't "notch" anything to adjust camber.
how much camber to do you have? there is a fair chance its not enough to even worry about correcting.

I'm puttin it on the alignment rack on Monday but just by eyeballing it, it looks close to 0 but possibly a little positive.

they're pretty much all the same thing. spc 81260. you can get them at napa and such usually.
I have them with my sti struts in the rear maxed out and have -1.1 degrees of camber. I slotted, or "notched" my front struts to get things aligned where I wanted.

Those are my alignment specs as of right now. I tried to adjust front camber to spec but drivers front only went to -1.3, so I adjusted passenger side to match so it wouldn't pull. Now I want a camber kit now so I can adjust when I put my summer rims on and so i can adjust the rears a bit. (Don't want lots of camber on my brand new Michelin tires)

those numbers are fine. -1.3 is a good place to be and will make the car turn a little better. I like to have a bit of rear camber too but if you're not racing it's not a big deal. for reference I have -2.5 degrees in the front and -1.1 in the rear. Probably have 50k miles and 2 sets of tires like that and uneven tire wear hasn't really been an issue.

alright cool. i went out driving for a bit tonight and was loving the feeling of the stiff suspension and this alignment may just keep it this way and just make sure i rotate my michelins often enough to avoid wear. i may still get a kit for the rear to see if i want camber there to.
will the aftermarket front suspension bolts work in the rear? if so ill prolly pick some up tomorrow and adjust at work.

yea, your camber is fine, toe is what really eats tires.

seriously the only wear you are going to see is on the outsides of the rear tires because they are stood straight up to begin with. add lateral force on the tire itself along with body roll and the cornering is being done by the outer portion of the tire.
There is only one camber kit for these cars. The upper front hole is they only thing stock that has camber adjustment. The cam, hole in the strut, and hole in the upright are shaped to accomodate the stock adjustment bolt.
The camber bolts you buy are a smaller bolt designed to go in the normal strut to upright holes and have a cam that is the size of the regular bolt. They'll fit in the lower holes in the front or either of the rear. They also work best set to the max position because then there is no force trying to rotate the bolt, which is not as strong as the stock ones.
