Welcome, nice car. Btw are your fogs aimed to the sides?Thank you. Yes my fogs are aimed to the side slightly, it helps to fill in where the brights don't hit. (sides of the road)

Mine is that color... it is a 1999 only option and more specifically, I think it was only available on the 30th anniversary editions... sandstone metalic. It is the same color as the bottom half of the outbacks that arent gray on the bottom half.
It is REALLY easy to do an outback bumper swap because assuming it is not painted gray, it will be a color match.

Pardon my ignorance, but what is splitting the fuel rail supposed to do for you?

Definately looks like a 99-00 civic Si front lip.
In theory doing the split fuel rail mod(like he has) with two pressure regulators will eliminate pressure variance from one side of the motor to another. Its a fairly popular mod on high power turbo builds. Probably doesn't do much for the na engine other than clean up the looks of the manifold.

wentz912: I do plan on ether turbocharging or a hi compression build later. To be honest it wasn't very expensive and was a learning opportunity.
r3v_v3ng3: thanks a lot :) hopefully it will help out this winter, managed to pack snow in a few places last time :(
