View Full Version : Another Rusted Leaky Hydraulic Line. Need A Part Number...

I have a major trans oil leak that I thought was a leaky pan gasket, then leaky output seal, now appears to be a rusty transmission cooler line.

I looked at Autozone's and Advanced's sites and it doesn't appear to be available from them, can anyone confirm if this line is a dealer only item? If so, can you get me the part number so I can order it tomorrow? This is a 1996 Legacy L 2.2.

It's the line that goes toward the back of the transmission and attaches with a large banjo bolt. I'll probably get and replace both for good measure.

I think it is 21620AA020
Take a look for your self this is where I found the number, the other part number you are looking for should be on the same page:

That's the front one, and 21619AA004 is the rear hose which I think is the one causing the leak. They both aren't pretty so I think they both need to go.
