Haven't posted up in a long time, lurk from time to time as my wife still has a 97 wagon 2.2 which runs like a top. I still have the Forester and have put some more go-fast bits and now slo-fast bits as well. This is my winter setup, I picked up some Ver 7 wheels as I may change from 4/2 pots to Brembos depending on how my track days go. The short list of parts to date

- 08 STI TMIC
- 08 STI VF48 turbo
- Cobb DP
- WBR 3 inch exhaust all the way back
- Protuned
- Hotbits coilovers with Swift Springs
- Whiteline 24mm front/rear sways, Kartboy endlinks
- 4/2 pot calipers
- DBA 5000 2 piece rotors up front and DBA 4000 in the rear

People with simular setups are able to put down very high 12's, easy low 13's. I haven't been to the 1/4 mile track since the power mods, went once to baseline the Forester before and without beating on it was putting down high 14's. Stock should be high 13, very low 14's depending on driver/track and our local track sucks. Plus, I'm not looking to break my transmission. I was just launching around 3000rpm just like I do at autox which isn't violent or too shocking on the drivetrain. I'll be going back with our Subie club early this summer to get a new set of slips.
