This may be funny that I'm asking this but i can do a trany flush or change the fluid pretty easy right? like as easy as the oil?

So, yes I would suggest doing them both...
Most of the time when people talk about a fluid change it is just dropping the pan and changing the filter and topping off the fluid.
For a trans flush since you don't have a machine that does it for you you will need to do it slowly and with someones help if possible.
1.Change the filter and clean the inside of the pan.
2.Top the fluid off and make sure the trans fluid is up to temp,
3.Turn the car off, find and disconnect one of the trans fluid lines (preferably the feed line to the cooler)
4.Start the car and let the fluid get pumped in to a drain pan. it will start to sputter or stop pumping fluid turn the car off.
5.Connect the trans cooler line and top off the fluid again.
You can repeat 3-5 as many times as you want to make sure you get as much clean fluid in the system as possible.

well you can just drop the pan and change the filter, then top it off. It's what 90% of what people do.
