now i understand this is unorthodox and not the smartest thing in the world but it appears to be the cheapest and easiest route to take for moving back to oklahoma.

now i'm looking into getting a trailer hitch but the questions i have are has anyone got a hitch receiver on their bd with aftermarket exhaust?

and another thing is am i going to have to get my rear suspension changed back to normal or can i leave the car lowered?

if anyone knows anything i would love to hear it as i need to know. thanks.

The car has a towing limit of 2,000 lbs with the appropriate hitch. Different hitches have different clearance for mufflers, so you'll likely have to measure or test fit it. As for the suspension, if it's stiffer than stock, you shouldn't have that much of a problem as long as you don't exceed tongue weight (a well balanced trailer shouldn't be an issue) and you don't overfill the car.

well i was planning on just a 5x8 trailer from uhaul so that should be a good trailer. but i dont think my suspension is very stiff... its already sagging in the rear. but i do have a friend with a 98 forester that i might be able to swap him suspension if i have to.

okay so what i've read is 04 forester. nothing else.

so i need to stiffen the rear.

current setup:
KYB GR-2 + H&R springs

current state:
saggy but sedan...

any options that might be decent-cheap?

well nevermind. got a truck and trailer. but still, this would be some good information for other people if they need it.
