So I i went to the local pick and pull today and got what i need to do a complete addition of the extra speakers to the BD legacy

I got the door cars and a nice set of speakers.

My questions are

1. Do I need an amp? If so what what wattage? How many channels?

2. I eventually plan on adding a small 6 inch tube kicker that's sitting in my basement(to be on a quick release for when i'm going out and need the trunk space) should i just get an amp to avoid having to rewire everything up?

3. Any recommendations on amps to keep the system cheap but better than stock?

Thanks =)

Extra information:

I have a 2002 OEM radio out of a wrx with the 6cd changer(but i plan to go back to stock with the aux mod in the DIY dont really use the 6CD part all the much AUX I would use a ton)

For cheap but better than stock I'd run all low end pioneer which Walmart carries. Just keep the bass low on the door speakers and if you want a lil bit of bass add a 10. Just go to Walmart and look at their pioneer selection.

what about the lack of speaker grills in the sedan rear doors, will that make a difference?
