Still need to redo the center caps but other than that they are done as you can see. I love them, they look great once I cleaned them up and painted them.

Hopefully they last. What type of paint did you use? I painted my wipers flat black one time and it was only a year or two before they began to rust and they got sun faded really quick. Also the wheels on my metro are flat black from the factory and they're rusted through as well. I'm guessing those are aluminum so they won't rust though.

Clear coat helps with that. As well as sanding & priming first.

It's definitely good to put a clear coat on wheels too.

Clear coat defeats the flat black paint though.

They make clear coats that are matte. It doesn't have to be glossy. I'm sure it's not quite the same though.

I used Duplicolor Wheel Paint but no clear coat. And these are the 99 Legacy Outback 5spoke 15x6 wheels I bought from the guy. Still need to redo my center caps but other than that they are done.
