Hi folks, so my seat started to come apart. So i decided to tackle the job. If you need to do this please know that you WILL poke yourself a few times.
Tools needed
Sewing needle, any needle should work as far as you can get a thread through it. I recommend using leather working needle or a curved ones.
Thread: this can be any thread that is strong i've heard of people using fishing lines but i found a thick black thread that worked for me.
Here is what I started with

At this point I opened the seam until I reached a thread that wasnt frayed, you will leave enough of original thread sticking out so that you can tie new one to it and then start stiching

here you can see a point on the leather needle

once you get most of the way thruough you can start closing the seam. I used a curved thread to pull the thread stitch by stitch

Hopefully you did everything right and you got to this point

as you can see there are two lines sticking out black is the new one and grayish is the original. All you have to do now is tie a knot. Once you tie both string together just push the knot into the seam ( i used my car key to do that).
and you end up with a perfect seat again (sorry for the blurry pic, my cell wasnt cooperating)

Other things to consider.
This is my second time doing it, first time I used a single thread it only lasted two month, so I doubled it up. When stitching it is important to use existing holes so that stitching lines up. If you F&^K up in the middle you can just cut the thread and start again from that point by tying into it, or restarting from scratch. If your fingers cant hold the needle use pliers, to get the needle to go from one hole to the other you can pinch the leather.
Good luck.
